Straight answer on who issues the card
InkTick is software. The card will be issued by a licensed partner on the Visa or Mastercard network, the way Weel uses Nium and EML. We do not hold your money and we do not move it. Until that partner is live, reimbursements stay a list plus CSV you take to your own bank.
